Insurance
A certificate reference and expiry date are recorded. Expired proof fails the active check.
Reviews
A person records the review source and count. We do not publish a rating without a source.
Years in business
A person records and verifies the reported years.
More checks before launch
Reference checks and acceptance of a versioned fair-price agreement are still being built. The agreement needs legal review. We will describe them as completed checks only when the system enforces them.
If proof expires or a required check fails, offers must stop until the operator is reviewed again. The owner can also pause an operator.
