How we make money
The contractor pays a referral fee after a closed job.
A homeowner pays nothing to Priced Fairly for a referral. The contractor pays us 10% of the closed job amount. There is no upfront or monthly fee to join.
What that means for you
We do not do the roofing work, sign your work agreement or collect payment for it. The contractor gives you the final quote after an inspection. You decide whether to accept it.
Ask the contractor to explain the scope, exclusions and any change in price in writing. If an offer falls outside the published range when ranges are available, we ask for a written reason and may pause referrals while we review it.
When the fee applies
The fee is based on a job that closes, not an introduction or an inspection. The referral and price rules are being prepared for launch. Online introductions are closed today.
